SHORT-TERM CONSULTANCY

World Bank-funded ACT (Advocacy by Cultural Team) Project  

End-line study and dissemination report (booklet) preparation

Dates: November 10, 2009 – November 15,2009  

Unique opportunity to work with a leading CBO working for MSM and TG community

in rural Tamil Nadu. Lotus has been supporting the rights of differently

sexually oriented and gender identified populations since 2000.

 

In brief, consultancy is to work with a dynamic team to:

Prepare separate reports on 20-30 end-line interviews

Document specific case studies

Pepare a high-quality, compelling booklet capturing both process and results

 

Tasks including but not limited to:

Meetings with panchayat leaders and village communities

Meetings with Lotus board members

Synthesizing written transcripts of discussions

 

Qualifications:

Interest/commitment to LGBT rights

Fluency in Tamil and English
