Satara ART Center: ART Counsellor or Psychopath?

Dear all,

This is to ask for an enquiry inot the behavior of Senior ART Counselor in

Satara Center in Maharashtra. Senior ART Counselor who is not an MSW (Social

Worker) who is ignorant about the meaning of Counselling.

The Arrogant and Quarrelsome behavior of the Senior ART Counselor in Satara ART

Center is feared by the PLHAd. The PLHA feared of asking about any problem. Most

PLHAs avoid the counsellor to avoid any complication in receiving ART.

Even after many complaints, no change has happend.

It must be clear to ART centre staff " STAFF IS FOR PLHAS, PLHAS ARE NOT FOR
