Hopers foundation is working with IDUs(Injecting drug users past four years

supported by TANSACS. We had few  IDUs visited our drop in centre with problem

of detained and discreminated by Gulf countries before  attain job in UAE if

thier blood test shows positive for HIV/HEP-C and HEP-B.

Hope this New Law will Ban Discremination aginst HIV/Hep-C and Hep-B sufferers.

Applause to UNAIDS the United Nations' Joint Program  on HIV/Aid who had took

lots of efforts to bring this up.
