This report is a sign of an affluent (emerging) nation.

Do we not learn from USA/Europe and their drug problems?

The only country that has properly managed such affluent pursuits is

Netherlands/Holland.

USA's neighbor, Mexico, is bearing the brunt of such bottomless desire of

American youth for drugs, and loose gun laws in USA.

Get the Punjabi youth, jobs!!!
