GFATM round IV - ACT project

Dear Forum Members,

It is learnt that the phase II of the GFATM IV - Access to care and treatment

program in Tamilnadu is being implemented by PFI directly with the respective

district level networks.

Is this mean the end of the National level and State level network bodies.

Is this the result of the quality of monitoring by the lead recipient of GFATM

IV funds.

It will be good if PFI comes out and share the reasons for this arrangement in

Tamilnadu, as this is one of country's important program in implementing GIPA

and strengthening the PLHIV networks.
