We are looking for a candidate for the post of project Coordinator in Reliance

Community Care Center {CCC} at Hazira, Surat. The CCC is implemented by GSNP+ in

partnership Reliance Industries and funding support of CBCI. 

Candidate must have MSW degree and experienced candidates will be given

Role and Responsibility of Project coordinator 

Programmatic 

o   Overall management of the CCC/CCSC

o   Ensure quality services are provided at the CCC/CCSC

o   Co-ordinate and supervise outreach activities effectively

o   Identify training needs and get the staff trained as per the guidelines

o   Ensure proper record keeping and proper systems for all the services

provided at the CCC/CCSC as per the guidelines

o   Ensure proper documentation of the CCC/CCSC activities

o   Ensure timely submission of reports- MIS and SOE

o   Furnish the information/ data required by NACO/SACS/ Implementing Agency

o   Establish rapport and linkages with ARTC/RNTCP/ ICTC/ TI/ DAPCU/ DLN/Others

o   Linkages with other social service providers and schemes

o   Point person for review meetings, visits, sharing workshops etc

Procurement and Financial Management
