TANSACS creating lot of problems to positive networks-reg

Sub: Requesting the justice for PLHIVs.

Greetings from Villupuram Positive network,

 

This is Nanthakumar, Villupuram District. I am living with HIV/AIDS since 1997.

Now, I would like to share to you about my bitter experience which was created

by Tamilnadu State AIDS control society (TANSACS).

 

On 5th May, Around 1500 PLHIV who are living with HIV conducted agitation in

front of TANSACS to obtain the available services properly and submitted few

recommendations to TANSACS through our State level network which presided over

by me. And also TANSACS had done the corruption in Illavattam program.

I offered the news about this program to Nakkeeran Tamil magazine. Continuously,

all the sabotage work was revealed by me to the society.

 

That is why, TANSACS is continuously taking revengeful activities on our network

particularly Villupuram District Drop-in-center which is funded by TANSACS.

 

TANSACS gave the petition on Mr.Nanthakumar to Villupuram police station for he

did the financial allegation in Villupuram Drop-in-Center.

But, he was submitted proper documents and bills and voucher for the

verification and proved that he was functioning the DIC in proper manner.

TANSACS were not able to do nothing on Mr. Nanthakumar though that petition.

 

They did not give up their endeavor with that petition and continue their

revengeful activity in last week. Mrs. Nxxx of Vilupuram district was working in

our Positive living center five months in last year. She was taking more leave

and left suddenly from the job without intimation.

Now, TANSACS identified her and induced to give the petition against me for

create revenge in Villuram district police station.

She had mentioned in her petition, I was attempted the sexual harassment her and

vituperated her caste.

It was a collective effort of a group of staff working for TANSACS who is

working in TANSAS

 

You may ask how I identifed, this problem was created by TANSACS?

TANSACS directly involved and send the direction copy to the Villupuram police

station.

With regard to this, I came to know the intervention of TANSACS through one of

our district advocate who was requested to give the petition on me by Ms. Ixx

Advocate.

 

We do not know, is TANSACS are established for provide the services for PLHIV or

to create the problem within the PLHIVs?

 

TANSACS staff have pledgeed to take revenge me and my network.

That is why, they are recommending the former project Director's wife to appoint

as a new Project Director to TANSACS.

If she is appointed with TANSACS, she will revenge our PLHIV network and its

people. She will not do nothing favor for the PLHIVs.

For this, I try to meet directly the Honerable Chief Minster yesterday –

15-09-2010 . Due to his busy schedule of Minster, I could not meet him.

 

On behalf of 2,30,000 PLHIVs and their 10,00,000 family members, please appoint

the new Project to TANSACS  who will be thinking to serve better for PLHIVs and

their families.

 

We look forward to do the right justice for PLHIVs.
