Swaasthya is an India based NGO specializing in innovating community based programming on Reproductive and Sexual Health. It was established in October 1994 and registered as a trust in February 1995. Swaasthya over a decade of its existence has been involved with intervention research to generate empirical evidence to advocate with policy makers and planners.

Over the years, Swaasthya has also realized the importance of addressing socio-cultural contexts in dealing with health issues. Presently, gender issues are addressed in all its programmes. Increased understanding of rights issues has also been providing a framework of conceptualizing, designing and implementing programmes.

Swaasthya invites application for the position of Project Officer (Delhi based), Swaasthya

Job description

Ø Supporting documentation work such as process documentation of training programs, development of training manuals, translation of modules etc.

Ø Providing literature search and web search support for development of technical papers and presentations.

Ø Supporting library and technical resource management.

Ø Providing support to project manager.

Candidate Profile

Ø Qualification – Masters in Social Work or related fields.

Ø Experience – 1 to 3 years work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in RSH

Ø Skills – strong communication skills (verbal and written- both English and Hindi), computer proficient in word, power point, excel and internet abled.

Remuneration – Negotiable.

Location - Candidate will be based at Swaasthya head office at New Delhi.
