Request for help: HIV +e Wives of HIV negative- Husbands

Dear Forum,

There is a situation where a few women found to be positive during pregnancy and

their negative husbands do not know their HIV status still.

These wives got HIV from their first husbands and were not aware of it during

the time of their second marriage.

Can some body who had experience in handling similar situation tell me how to

help ?
