Guest guest
Dear Arunava, Re: /message/12395 I am not surprised by the inconsiderate approach NACO. Many PLHIV take such behavior as " common thing " . Unfortunately even the most prestigious Networks which are working for particular communities not talking about guidlines of NACO. NACO only shows printing guidlines which are developed without participation of those for which they makes guidlines. Though these are recruitment guidline or Salaries Guidline of PLHA . We need to ask them right meaning of " GIPA " . Before two years ago I was selected third in writen test of GIPA Co-Ordinator of Maharashtra State (MSACS), and only one person for interview in PLHIV community. When as per NACO's Guidline that post is for only for those who is iffected or affected PLHA. MSACS reject me because I am not Graduate only Diplom in Civil Engineer. But they can't give reason Why my application is not rejected before Writen Test, and why they recreuit non PLHA on that post that time? So we must know that " Are we for Guidline OR Guidline for us? " If guidlines are dicided in 5 star hotels not on grass rout then we have no option because they know we are not able big Revoluation against them ingnorance of issues by prestigious Networks. However I know many wonderful doctors and health workers in private sector who are working diligently and brining solace to the many PLHIV and serving happily. Anyway I still like to hope and believe that things will change for the better.
