I disagree with the statement that second line ART is difficult to access in

Tamilnadu.

I am currently working as a consultant and fellow in the Center

of Excellence at Government Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram

Sanatorium, Chennai and I am sure the services are the best here in the country.

I would like to extend any assistance to those in need of second

line treatment provided they are from the geographic areas that GHTM

Tambaram is supposed to cater to.

It is very shocking to hear that Noori ji and the others PLHIV Patients is not

getting the ART Treatment from 14th Feb.

I do not know that how she is facing this ? I request to Ashok ji pls do

something in this regard and see that what is the problem that PLHIV patients

are not getting their second line ART Treatment.
