We seek qualified candidates for the position of Deputy Director, India based in New Delhi, India. Position Responsibilities: The Deputy Director, India will provide overall leadership and strategic oversight to the non-HIV public health and development portfolio of the FHI/India Country Office especially family planning and reproductive health projects. S/he will lead resource mobilization, proposal writing, program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the non-HIV projects. The incumbent will represent and act for the Country Director when requested and will be part of the Senior Management team. Minimum Requirements: BS/BA in public health or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience in international development programs with 5-7 years supervisory experience; Or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 9 - 11 years relevant experience in international development programs, with 5-7 years supervisory experience; Or PhD, MD or equivalent degree with 7 - 9 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs and 5-7 years of supervisory experience. Overseas field experience and FP/RH experience required. English language skills required. Hindi preferred. * This is not an expatriate position. No expatriate benefits or allowances provided.
