Guest guest
From: Executive Director Subject: 2011 Letter to Partners Dear Colleagues, I am pleased to share with you my 2011 Letter to Partners. This is my third annual letter. This year I present my thoughts on where we are in the AIDS response—30 years in—and what I believe must happen to transform our work to reach the vision of zero new HIV infections, zero discrimination, and zero AIDS-related deaths. This transformation will be carried forward by advancements in five new frontiers; these frontiers support each other and require equal progress. In other words, we cannot reshape the response by succeeding in just one. And while the frontiers are not necessarily brand new, they do reflect areas of the response that, in my opinion, hold the most promise. I hope this letter captures my optimism for the opportunities we have to move the AIDS response ahead. I invite you to share the letter widely among your networks, and I welcome your comments and those of our partners. My best wishes, Michel 1 of 1 File(s) UNAIDS_2011_LetterToPartners_en.pdf
