Need discussion on annual action plan of TNSACS

Dear Forum members,

It is Annual action plan time now. Tamilnadu SACS has not called for the

opinions of the eminent members of this forum for the annual action plan.

I thought of initiating this discussion which may be useful for the Taminadu

SACS for their annal action plan.

To start with, I request the TNSACS to properly plan for the requirement of the

HIV testing kits as this was a long lasting issue in the state. Please do not go

by the last year's numbers as most of the testing centers turned away people who

came for testing because of short supply of testing kits.

Like this, I request the members of this forum to high light the needs of the

state so that TNSACS can get some inputs for their annual action plan.
