Guest guest
Has anyone ever experienced this? My son started having heel pain about 8 weeks ago, just when he plays basketball. After about 4 weeks of this pain we decided to take him to our reg. doc. He did an MRI which basically revealed nothing except slight inflammation. This doc still thinks it is injury related even though he has PsA. This week we saw the rheumy fully expecting him to say yes it is arthritis related but he couldn't say that. Mostly because of the MRI that revealed nothing... He did decide he could change us to the injection form of MTX to see if that helps. It this doesn't help then I guess we are off to a podiatrist. I'm not sure what a Podiatrist is going to do differently. Can anyone comment on this? To me it seems like it is arthritis related but why couldn't the rheumy confirm that? & Grant, 10/Uveitis/PsA
