Connection between mononucleosis, anorexia, and PA?

I always wonder how this whole thing started.

When I was in college, I was going through an anorexic phase for the

second time in my life. My period had stopped, which wasn't a good thing.

I got a bad case of mono (the " kissing disease " ), and that waylaid me

for a few months. During that time I first developed psoriasis on my

elbows and knees, and I've been battling that ever since.

I'm a total vitamin junkie now, always trying to come up with the

right dose of whatever might keep this horror at bay. It's just hard

to say what works, esp. when I'm trying a whole variety of non-medical

methods.

I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience in their

background.
