Guest guest
Dear ASI Member/Wellwisher, Wish you, your family and your associates a very Happy, Healthy, Meaningful and Adverse event-free New Year 2011. I am confident that with your help and active indulgence in activities of ASI, it will surely reach to its desired heights. This is to let you know that DVD of ASICON 2010 proceedings is ready and it is a never-before, fully professional format with entire conference - right from opening remarks to closing ceremony - covered live! It also encompasses Question/Answer session, chairpersons remarks, opening ceremony, guest speakers' and delegates comments in the same. It is in a format of High-Quality Video coverage with sound track on one side and simultaneous PPT on the other in a real-time format. You can separately use PPTs or day-wise, session-wise talks as well. With this, I can say with proud privilege that ASICON 2010 held at the Hyderabad Marriott from 29-31 October 2010, was one of the most professional and high-standard truly national conference of international quality. Right from conference brochure, website, abstract-cum-proceeding book, scholarship program, lively debates, plenaries, abstract presentations, poster sessions, pharma exhibition to live band and cultural program as also several programs on HIV awareness outside the venue, we could do all that we had planned/visualised based on various inputs/suggestions from time to time. This trend establishes ASICON as a brand for a high-standard HIV conferences and ASI as a national organisation of physicians and researchers in HIV care. Thus it leaves little scope for other HIV meets across the country being described as national conferences by respective organisations/organisors. We are in process of finalising dates and venue for ASICON 2011, scheduled for November 2011 at Lucknow and will come back to you with further details soon. All conference faculty and delegates will be entitled to a complimentary DVD, being considered part of the registration. Please update your postal/courier address if it has been changed or not on the records of ASI secretariat. To be able to reach out to all those who are interested in quality update of their knowledge and for some reasons could not make to ASICON 2010, ASI is making efforts to provide the DVD to - both ASI members and other medical professionals - at modest cost on a cost-recovery mechanism. Please contact ASI secretariat for the same.
