Guest guest
Duif... I've been HIV+ for 3 years now. I was caught early and went on a clinical trial where I took strong HAART for one year then stopped. My viral load was slowly rising back to the point that I was going to have to go on HAART a 2nd time......until.......I started LDN (4.5mg) back in January. My viral load has stabilized, my t-cells have risen quite a bit, and I feel better than I ever have since becoming HIV+. I was quite a skeptic, but I tried it. I firmly believe it has helped me. I'm currently not on any other HIV drugs. You can take it with or without HAART. With HAART, it is supposed to prevent lipodystrophy. Read about it on the LDN website (www.low dose naltrexone.org). I have had absolutely no side effects (except that I feel better). I take mine before going to bed. My advice to you....Take it no matter if you are newly diagnosed or not, on HAART or not. My hope is that I never have to go on HAART again. Good luck, and e-mail me back if you have any other questions. Does it work? Is it also effective without HIV drugs? When should it be taken, as soon as possible after infection, or should one wait? Are there any sife-effects, or other facts I should be aware of before taking LDN? Thanks a lot, Duif Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Guest guest
Dear Matt, I am glad to hear you are doing well. I am planning on starting LDN as soon as possible, the moment my doctor agrees. I live in The Netherlands, Europe, and I am not quite sure if the quality of LDN is good here, http://www.low dose naltrexone.org/comp_pharm.htm but hopefully it is. I wonder how I check out the quality of LDN, any tips? Is 4,5mg the best dosage for everyone to start with? Thanks for your quick answer. I hope you shall stay healthy for a long time to come, and I hope that for all others here too! Duif ~ Matt <mgaines88@...> wrote: Duif... I've been HIV+ for 3 years now. Guest guest
Duif... To check out the quality of LDN, I simply called my compounding pharmacy and asked them a few questions. First of all, make sure they are making the LDN with pure Naltrexone and not just grinding up the 50 mg (Revia) naltrexone tablets. Also, I would ask them if they have experience compounding LDN. I started LDN at 4.5 mg after reading the information on the LDN website. My doctor agreed that 4.5 mg was the right dose. I couldn't tell you if that is the right dose for you personally, but the LDN website information seems to indicate that Dr. Bahari had his most success with that dose in treating HIV. I hope this answers your questions. Let me know if you have other questions. If not myself, someone in this chat group will be able to help you. My best to you, Matt duif ~ <du1f@...> wrote: Dear Matt, I am glad to hear you are doing well. I am planning on starting LDN as soon as possible, the moment my doctor agrees. Guest guest
Hi, Great, you came at a perfect time. HIV is finally understood as to how it hides out and what to do about it. I think it can be dealt with easily, if not wished away, dealt with. Just keep reading up as I will point you to files and photos, and it will be a very good trip. The files section, disease results, HIV/AIDS has a file that I have copied into our messages. But read it in the files, as I will be adding to it. messages lose info, the files preserve it. I am adding the list of materials you need, references to photos showing how to use the battery and wires to do this. It's simple, but you need to know exactly how. Welcome and please share your results with us. bG > > hi i'm new here, and seem to need a lot of help , havent made > the godzilla yet but am soon hiv+ here need advice on where how > often to use >
