At least in your state (Maharastra) PLHIV have got the chance for

the post of CCC at ART center.

But in our State Orissa CCC post of all the ART center has been snached away by

the high Officials of SACS and Medical College.

NACO has made the guidelines for the better responce to the epidemic. But it is

only limited within the book.

NACO officials also closing their eyes for the PLHIVs and pushing them towards

death.

We don't kow when the eyes of NACO will open for the PLHIV in

Orissa and for the implementation of GIPA ?
