Stopping Enbrel Temporarily - Experiences?

Due to upcoming minor surgery, I'll be stopping Enbrel for about 3 weeks. For

those who have done likewise, what has been your experience during the stoppage,

and then when you went back on?

(btw, I'm also stopping my Methotrexate)
