Guest guest
, have you tried seas salt baths at home for your skin? My doc recommends one cup baking soda and one cup seasalt in bath, soak for at least 20 minutes, the longer the better though. You can use two cups of baking soda if not have sea salt or it is too expensive to put in bath. I get sea salt by bulk at Whole Foods for 69 cents a pound if you have a whole foods nearby. Some people take them every day and some use up to six cups of salt per bath. for me, twice a week, usu 2 cups as above but I have gone up to 4 cups and it is good. I just don't want to go through that much product. I get ten pound bags of baking soda at Sams Club and keep alot on hand since I use it in laundry also.
