Dear Leaders and Members of ONP+,

Hearty Congratulation to all of you for this historic steps for the rights of

positive people in Orissa.

I do hope that this is a unique initiative in India where people from 19

registered network have come together and formed a state level federation.

Congratulations to the GIPA Coordinator-OSACS and network leaders of different

districts for their guidance and hard work making it a reality.

Our best wishes with all of you.
