Hi I have had psoriasis for almost 20yrs it has only cleared up completely twice

3 times I have been covered literally head to toe I have it under my eyes

eyebrows forehead just right where the hairline starts and small patches around

my cheeks. I have tried all kind of stuff from herbal tea's bleach baths

topical creams first time it cleared for me was around 37 I started Enbrel. I

was so happy because I hadn't seen my body in 10 yrs. and I was pretty much

stress free. I hadn't worked in awhile .I was a spray painter and wood worker

the chemicals and saw dust made it worse for me. well I got into a bad

relationship and again I was covered head to toe from stress. now I'm using

Humira it seems to do OK but not as well as Enbrel some non-steroidal creams you

could use on your face but very lightly and some cream soaps as well like Dove

and Caress and some shampoos ST. s soaps and shampoos work well especially

those with oatmeal but I also suffer from p.t.s.d which causes stress and

anxiety so I take meds as well also for high-BP. so I will never be completely

free but 1 thing I have learned is also try to find out what goes in your body

try to have a good relationship or none at all let people know that you do have

psoriasis because keeping it hidden because of what people might say can be

stressful as well.psr. is hard thing to control because it is tricky but be

strong and have faith and find out " What " or " WHO " your body likes good luck

and peace out.
