I am Tami. *waves* I am 43 years old and have so many medical issues

that it isn't even funny. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, bi-

polar, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and " probable " multiple

sclerosis. For the last year or so, my pain has been unable to be

controlled. My hips hurt, wrists, ankles, elbows and my back. I am on

Percocet 24 hours a day, and it isn't working well anymore. I take

Cymbalta now, after getting very little results from Lyrica. When my

pain increased last year, my fingernails started doing weird things.

(Oh, I was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis). My nails peel

off, separate from the nail bed, break in half vertically, and they

hurt. I asked my rheumatologist (I can't get that word to look right,

sorry!)once if it was psoriatic arthritis, as he had a poster of it

on his wall. He didn't think so, but also didn't think it was a

fungus. Now my nails are worse and so is the pain. I will be calling

him tommorow for an appointment.

I forgot, duh. I have had what I thought was eczema for about 6 years, I think.

It is itchy. It is mostly on my back and my abdomen. I think on my scalp too. I

have tried all the eczema treatments with no results. My roommate is an RN and

she thinks it is psoriasis and always has thought that. It is getting really bad

now with the weather change.

I am waiting for disability to go through. I am a nurse, but haven't

been able to work for 4 years. We are foster and adoptive parents,

and I am exhausted. We are stopping the foster care because of my

health. We had to move to a house with no stairs because of my

health. I just want answers. Well, not JUST...I want relief too.
