Guest guest
Nurir centre do some zinc and honey losenges which you can suck and hold on the ulcer. They were recommended for my mum during chemotherapy - worked very well. Since knowing this I have used some biocare liquid zinc because I already had it and ulcers healed very quickly. Guest guest
Are you on MTX? Are you taking folic acid? Deficiency of folate can cause mouth sores. You could have been deficient all along. Hope you find an answer. That can be so annoying. Patty
Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I have learned since being diagnosed with PsA that we do not absorb vitamins as well as other people. I am constantly on and off Vit. D and I inject myself once a month with Vit. B plus I take some Vit. B supplements, Calcium and a Multi-Vitamin as well as Acidophilous every day. I try to stick to a good fruit and veggie filled diet (sometimes that is really hard) my Rheumy says she doesn't think diet has any bearing on PsA whatsoever. I keep reading books that talk about how a good healthy diet can help people with a multitude of health issues even reversing some of them. Well I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a pain free New Year. Lori in AZ

Guest guest
Hi E, Do you follow a Vegan diet? If so, have you found a difference in your symptoms? I'm trying real hard to eat as much organic, vegitarian foods as possible. Lori in AZ
