Guest guest
It might have been the Prednisone. It effects me like that. My muscles feel on fire, awful cold sweats, racing heart beats, and insomnia.
Guest guest
Oh Sherry, I certainly can sympathize with you. I too have had a terrible time this summer with the heat and humidity. I work for a podiatrist and do a lot of bending, stooping, squatting... The tendon/muscle spasms you describe is what I experience after a particularly busy day at work. My rheumy has increased my Neurontin along with my Darvocet and put me on a muscle relaxer at bedtime. That combo is helping the muscles to relax just enough that I can get relief for at least half a night sleep. Better than none. The tendon/ligament pain in your legs are probably exacerbated by the fact that you are in and out of the car so much. Maybe if you try the stretching before you get out of the car. I actually drive a pickup and my DH drives the car because it is easier for me to get out of the truck. Good luck with this problem and let me know how you are doing. Guest guest
Thank you for your thoughts. I have been off work for 3 weeks. Longer than any time before. The brain fog is getting to me along with all the other problems. I have had some relief from the pain and soreness. I think the Baclofen has helped a little. Wishing you days without pain and good health. Sherry hh
