Reduce PA Pain with Diet

This is worth a try folks. Several weeks ago I started eating

differently and am experiencing a whole lot of boosted energy and

noticeable pain relief. In turn, my mood is also elevated. What I did

was cut out fried foods and red meat (not entirely) and started eating

mainly salads, fruits, grains, nuts and fatty cold water fish such as

salmon, anchovies, sardines and herring. Olive oil substituted for

butter and margarine. For breakfast I have whole grain cheerios and a

banana or low fat yogurt, lunch and dinner salads and pasta or rice and

fish, and avoid sugar. That is a simplification but I suggest trying

it for a week or so, it sure can't hurt. And if it helps, like it is

helping me, that in itself in a great motivator to keep it up.
