Review of programs/services available for PLWHAs in India

Dear All:

I am writing a research paper for publication critically reviewing the programs and services available for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in India. These programs and services may include anything available to PLWHAs and their families, in cash or kind, towards improving their quality of life from both government and non-profit sources anywhere in India.

Is there any document/publication/directory that anyone knows of that I should consult for writing this paper? I would greatly appreciate if anyone can direct me to the appropriate source; and/or pass me a copy of the document/publication for reference purpose. The source will be gratefully acknowledged.
