Hi Beth - my girls just went though the flu with a fever......my two older girls

that usually do not run more then low grades with anything even strep had temps

around 102. - and the little one who runs high fevers all the time - had about a

103.8 with this flu.....not sure but maybe it is this flu that is going

around? 

It last a good five days of fevers with us.......but please make sure it isnt

anything else - ours turned into sinus or ear infections................as

always..........

Is there any reason to be concerned more than I would normally be

concerned about my 4 year old's fever? He woke with it this morning

and it has fluctuated between 100 and 101.7 (under the tongue with

digital thermometer). I am assuming not and am treating with Motrin,

but then thought it can't hurt to ask the listserve. This is the first

fever either of my kids have had since being infected 2.5 years ago

(they don't even get colds due to the antibiotics they are on).
