Fever in a 4 year old with Lyme

Is there any reason to be concerned more than I would normally be

concerned about my 4 year old's fever? He woke with it this morning

and it has fluctuated between 100 and 101.7 (under the tongue with

digital thermometer). I am assuming not and am treating with Motrin,

but then thought it can't hurt to ask the listserve. This is the first

fever either of my kids have had since being infected 2.5 years ago

(they don't even get colds due to the antibiotics they are on).
