Though it is possible that it could have happened to any dead body kept like that, and the body might not have been kept like that ONLY because it was of a child infected with HIV; Is it wrong to raise issues of pathetic situations at our basic (public) health facilities? Is it wrong to question the insensitive appraoch of the medical officer? The answer is not transfer or suspension or an enquiry. They are but just make overs. The real problem lies much deeper. Highlighting the issue is just a small pointer that should help us to decide our actions while we spend the money of NRHM.
