Guest guest
Diane, Our daughter missed most of tenth grade. She struggled through 11th and 12th. We didn't know she had Lyme then. Now she is withdrawing from her second semester in college because she can't understand what they're talking about. Tell your husband to be thankful your daughter has a diagnosis now and to use this time for her to get better. Don't let her struggle on in school. My daughter told me today she is going to ask her LLMD for a portacath on Monday. Eighteen years old and a portacath is on her wish list. I know I got off topic re: the Lyme parents' gathering. Sorry, but just wanted to let Diane know I feel her pain. Kaethe
