Guest guest
I used to take a lot of Aleve while I waited for my first Rheumy appointment and it did effect my stomach to where I had to change. So I took Tylenol and Advil instead. Now when I take Aleve for headache or slight pain, I get bad liver tests. I wasn't sure the first time I got a bad test that it was the Aleve causing it, but it was the only thing I had done differently. So, what do I do? A few months later I have a bad couple of days and don't want to take the Norco because it sometimes crosses my eyes, so I go back to the Aleve and guess what. I go for my regular blood test and get a call to go have another one done in 2 weeks. I threw the Aleve away and now everything is back to normal. I like Aleve because it worked right away, but evidently it doesn't like ME using it with MTX. Janet in Ca
