Can't get a diagnosis

I have psoriasis and a lot of joint pain...pain in my feet, hands, knees, hip

and back. I have pitting in my nails but no other nail problems. I've had these

pains for years now and no one's really diagnosed anything other than fibro. I

really thought psa might have explained it all but when i went to my rheumy and

mentioned it she dismissed it because i don't get joint swelling. (I do in my

knee sometimes.) I'm really at a loss. Maybe she is right...maybe it isn't psa.

If not i just don't know whats going on. Does anyone have any thoughts?
