Psoriasis and Vitamin A Acid

Hi,

Two questions:

1) I'd like to join another group, just for psoriasis in general. Can

someone suggest a good one? From the few I've looked at, they seem spam filled

and unmoderated. I'd like a good list like this one.

2) I ran across something in an old book about using Vitamin A Acid for

psoriasis treatment. Has anyone had any experience with this? Can it be bought

over the counter or must it be a prescription?
