Guest guest
Hi guys we keep forgetting to change the SUBJECT in the reply emails!! confusing to many when we think we are reading about another topic and ?may I ask why? your dtr was on steroids to point of the osteonecrosis? and are they sure the bone troubles werent from a predisposed condition??with the steroids just a trigger? Im curious as to how that may play into her Lyme and/or immune status and therefore healing path from Lyme Im always trying to connect the dots between other conditions and immune and Lyme! thanks Finette Re: [ ] Dr 's Hi Peggy, my daughter did hyperbaric O2 for 6 weeks in a monochamber when she was 4. B/c she was so young, the hospital asked that I accompany her in the chamber. We (both have Lyme) felt great. She had no more pain in her body and her labs were perfect. I have heard from her LLMD that the effect, however, is not long lasting. We " messed " up the gain we made by celebrating after her treatment by going up to a very high mountain ski resort and she got very very ill. We didn't realize it at the time but her body was so used to going below sea level, that when we went to 8,000 feet above, she got really sick and landed in the hospital. We were able to do the hyperbaric at a hospital and paid for by insurance b/c we were treating another condition (osteonecrosis caused by years of steroid use). Thanks, Re: [ ] Dr ' s > > > Hi > > I have four children with Lyme. A question that I have is about the skin.
