Guest guest
There are 7 in my family. My mom was 19 when she had my oldest sister (who was the most severly affected with CMT) and 43 when she had me, 44 with my younger sister. In my family, the CMT is passed down from my father and age of parents at birth doesn't appear to make a difference since there is a 25 year span between the oldest and the youngest, and 4 of us are diagnosed - the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 7th in terms of birth order, (mom's age with each was 19, 23, 43 and 44 rs old).
