Guest guest
I am so sorry, this is one of my main complaints. Sometimes it gets better I can¹t figure a lot of rhyme or reason. I think it is because we are putting pressure on our SI joints when we sit. It is horrible going to a standing position. The only thing I have found that helps is- 1 I got a large donut type pillow at a specialty pharmacy that I sit on sometimes, and that seems to help. 2 Taking the pressure off my tailbone by reclining or laying, until the inflammation dies down. 3 Sometimes heat, if it sets off a spasm. You might try taking a mild muscle relaxant to see if that helps you. Sometimes, this area can be set off , if I just happen to turn my foot the wrong way when walking or coming down a step! Ugh!!
