I had a similar experience with Humira. It worked fine for 3 years, then

apparently lost all effectiveness. I went into a major flare and the word

'disability' was mentioned. Rheumy switched me to max Enbrel, which works

pretty well. Rheumy said that it happens. Switching to another med usually

brings relief, but that too may run out of oomph. There are several drugs in

this class now, and more in development.
