Please explain why you are considering it first, and if you are serious about, then maybe it will be more worthwhile us to check it out. Guest guest
Does anyone have or know of www.Sunlightrejuenation.com > Is this valid or just living and breathing the candida free diet will > help? Is their any difference between this sauna and others? , I have researched saunas extensively, and yes, the far infrared sauna is superior to others, mostly because you sweat more(more toxins leaving body), but the temp is cooler, so the heat is not so draining and bothersome. Most candida sufferers cannot tolerate high heat, and these saunas are lower heat, like 130 degrees. I recently ordered a portable far infrared sauna, they are around $399. You can google on the net. I think they are great because most of us have livers that are congested and toxic, and if we can spare the liver and detox through the skin, could save us some energy. " Hi Juli, Can you tell me what is the maker of that $399 FIR sauna? Do you have a website for it? It's the lowest price I ever came across, even for a portable FIR sauna. One of my (hopefully not too long term) goals is to get such a sauna. Many thanks! Fran

Is their any difference between this sauna and others? " Hi , Juli answered your 2nd question quite well. :- ) For further details on the benefits of far inrared (FIR) sauna and how it works, etc., you could do a search on the Internet using key words like " benefits of far infrared saunas " , " how does the far infrared sauna work " , etc. When doing saunas, it is advisable to follow a protocol (which can be simple; there are many out there), allowing to expel the toxins released, and not just re-absorb them. FIR sauna therapy is well used in environmental and natural medicine, because it works quite well in detoxifying the body. My environmental MD has a FIR sauna at her clinic, for her patients to use. According to her (I asked her), regular saunas (like in community sportplexes and other places) will also help detoxify, although slower. Re: " ... just living and breathing the candida free diet will help? " Yes, doing the diet only will heal the body. It is the backbone/cornerstone of any healing protocol, I would say, and specifically of Bee's protocol. This has been my experience of the last 3 or more years, as well as that of many other members. Without it, the rest is money thrown out the window. Guest guest
Hi all, I am looking at buying a sauna but am wondering if any of you have one that you would recommend and do your children use it too? There seems to be some conflicting ideas on heaters: carbon vs ceramic. Any advice? thanks, Elaine
