Awful side effects of Alinia question

I started Alinia (550mg 3x/day) a week or so ago and the first few

days were mostly fine. Then it hit and I'm on day 4 of having stomach

cramps (not severe), crazy burping, air hunger, fast heart beat and

bloatedness that makes me look like I'm 8 months pregnant. I'm

wondering if others have experienced this. I also can't figure out

what I am supposed to be eating to help it pass. I was told that

herx'ing is good and so I'm going to stick it out, but will feel

reassured to know this is normal.
