Keli,

I am so sorry to hear you had this happen to you. I have never had it, but

my mother did last year but she didn't have PA. She was in hospital for a

lung problem and developed the blood clot from the anitbiotics IV. She had a

terrible experience with it, but she was 80 years old.

The treatment they gave her is just as you described and I thought at the

time it seems there should have been more they could do. I'll pray for swift

recovery.

Hi Keli, I've had this happen to me before with my

right arm. I remember the pain was terrible, and after

they moved the iv to my left arm and strapped it down,

then I couldn't move either arm and I was left lying

flat on my back, unable to help myself. Hope you'll be

feeling much better soon :)

warm blessings,

jane
