Guest guest
Regarding the fatigue and narcolepsy questions: http://www.wpunj.edu/pa/symptoms.htm I went a number of years without being diagnosed as I had the arthritis precede the psoriasis by more than 10 years. Driving has always been the most painful activity for me. Seven years ago, with my darling wife and wonderful son inside, I wrecked our car at speed - 110 km/hr (about 70 mph) due to blacking out from the pain associated with this disease. We survived and (thankfully) I got the worst of it. I received a concussion that was severe enough at the time for me to still have difficulty forming my words when speaking. I spent the better part of the summer after that accident relearning how to speak. Prior to that accident, public speaking engagements to groups of 500 and more other professionals were a big part my professional life. My advice: Listen to your body when it is sending pain signals.
