Guest guest
Hi Max, 10pm?? I can't always make it that late!! Actually, I get up at 5:30am, leave my house by 7am to be at my office for 7:30. I usually arrive home by 5:45-6pm. Usually I can stay awake until 9:30ish, but then the TV narcolepsy kicks in. So I NEED my 8 hours of sleep. I should note that if I am out with friends, or actively doing something, I don't just nod off. I may be tired, but can actually stay awake. In some ways, my tiredness/sleeping is a plus. I love to travel and will often book red-eyes. I have no trouble nodding off in a plane and it is sometimes a struggle to remain awake for the safety announcements. Often, I ask my bleary eyed traveling companions to be sure and wake me when food is served, I'll eat, the then nod right back off. This comes in super handy when I travel to Europe or South America or even cross country. Though my travel mates are often jet-lagged and semi conscious when we arrive, I am usually all set for a day of touring. Though that usually means, I'm driving, searching the map, translating and trying to navigate other countries, while my travel mates catch some z's. Stay Well,
Guest guest
All this discussion has lead me to believe it was not the Prozac alone causing my tiredness. I had just survived a craniotomy for a cyst removal and was probably having my immune system go wild on me. But I doubt the Prozac helped, since going off it did increase my energy levels.
