Guest guest
I recently called Dr. Striker's office in SF and was told no insurance. They provide you with a bill to then present to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. We love our doctor at www.mybrainhealth.org. The accepts Blue Shield only. > > From: suzlwilliams@... > Date: Thu, 23 Dec 2010 23:01:10 -0600 > Subject: Re: [ ] Lyme literate Dr. who takes insurance in N.
