I believe Dr. Striker in San Francisco takes insurance?? Not for sure

though.

I recently called Dr. Striker's office in SF and was told no insurance. They

provide you with a bill to then present to your insurance carrier for

reimbursement.

We love our doctor at www.mybrainhealth.org. The accepts Blue Shield only.

No, but if you have a PPO, you can file a claim yourself.
