Methotrexate AND Plaquenil

Hi, just wondering if many of you are taking methotrexate and plaquenil? I'm on

a weekly injection of 25mg methotrexate and 400mg of plaquenil daily. Just

curious as I have read that plaquenil can worsen psoriasis, also that taking

plaquenil while on methotrexate lessens the effects of methotrexate. I am so

confused! Any ideas?
