Guest guest
Holly, I'm newly diagnosed too and have it in both ears, scalp terribly, like you, arms, legs, trunk and well, from the waist down, 100%. Have you decided on a treatment? " Debra " <Merribuck@...>
Guest guest
I had my first Remicade treatment yesterday. The experience was very positive; I've found myself a fantastic doctor with an incredible staff. The problem with me using any ointments or cream is that the psoriasis covers over 90% of my body. I'd need a vat! LOL It's in my ears, for instance...in my ears, not on them. So, we had to go the Remicade way. I must say, I already feel better. For about eight years I have carried a 50 lb. " back pack " on my shoulders. This morning I woke up and it's about a pound. Doc says to tell it bye bye; it will be gone soon. That's nice! The psoriasis has begun to recede with a pretty good dose of prednisone daily, and soon I will be able to use a cream for little patches that may show up. So I'm hopeful. Thank you so much for responding.
