Wow. I need to look up this study. The only side effect I have from my Humira

is the huge red, itchy spot for up to a week after each injection. Yet, I have

multiple side effects from my MTX and often have to forego it as I am a single

mom and cannot drive my daughter, etc. for approx. 24 hours after each MTX

injection. I also find significant relief from Mobic or high dose ibuprofen. I

also supplement with garlic, turmeric, and other anti-inflammatory herbs and

foods.

(Side bar: Great book ---> " You're Too Young to Feel this Old " by a

rheumatologist, and it recommends anti-inflammatory diet along with traditional

meds.)
