Guest guest
I took Cipro for Bartonella. I only tolerated it for 6 weeks and even then my doctor told me I should have called earlier. I felt miserable the whole time I was on it. It really affected my achilles tendons and I could barely walk. It also affected me emotionally. I felt like a basket case. My doctor told me she does not use it for children. My 12 yo daughter is taking Biaxin and Bactrum for Bartonella.
Guest guest
I THINK I read somewhere that you are not suppose to give Cipro to children that are pre-pubescent. I think it's online on an info site about Cipro. Works great for adults for urinary tract infections. Definitely ask the doctor and check it out yourself before they take it.
