Guest guest
Not specifically. We used a homepathic doctor (MD) when my daughter was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and she took boatloads of supplements (curcumin, fish oil, etc.) and it did nothing whatsoever to reduce her flares and pain levels permanently. We saw some temporary change in the beginning when she started the regime, but even with tons of probiotics she had hideous stomach pain until we stopped all gluten, sugar and dairy. Once she was on antibiotics for Lyme, of course, it was no longer purely homeopathic but that was also the first time she had more than a couple of pain-free days in a row in 5 years. Date: Monday, April 19, 2010, 7:31 PM  Hello, Have any of you had either clearly positive or clearly no results with homeopathy for you or your child's Lyme? I mean the kind where a homeopathe evaluates you/your child and comes up with a constitutional remedy. Please let me know what you all think... Guest guest
Hi one of my daughters who has mild LD (her twin sister has it severely and is in a wheelchair) had antibiotics for 2 months, and then went on the Condensed Cowden Protocol (which has pinella as a part of it). It is a naturopathic protocol designed specifically for Lyme Disease & we've found it works well for her. You can go on the full protocol, or the condensed protocol - Dr H in NY found that the condensed version was more effective (probably because it was easier to stick to - the full program you have to take 8 times a day). I hope that helps Cheers Nikki p.s. here is a blurb from their website http://www.bionatus.com/nutramedix/pages/lymepage.html A modified version of the FULL Cowden Support Program with products that have been " infused " making them more effective in eliminating Lyme related microbes. Practitioners are reporting that 80-90% of their patients are responding to the protocol. Some comparisons between the Condensed Program and the Full Program: - 4 dosing times per day as opposed to 8 dosing times per day. - Cost is 40% less than the full support program. - More effective than the full support program. > > Hello, > Have any of you had either clearly positive or clearly no results with homeopathy for you or your child's Lyme?
